At TYRONA, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is placed:

- Processing Time: 1–2 business days  
- Peak Periods: During launches or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days  

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days  
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select regions)  
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (see current promotions on our website)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

4. DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes.

If your package is marked as delivered and you are still unable to locate it after 4 business days, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Please note that TYRONA is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but reported missing.


5. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to our fast processing times, we are typically unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
