Refund policy

At TYRONA, your experience matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included (jewelry box, inserts, etc.)
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or damage  
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Additional conditions for earrings:

  • Earrings must be unworn and in original condition
  • Earrings that show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return for hygiene reasons

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift packaging add-ons  
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, if applicable  


2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email our support team at tyrona.canada@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number  
  • The item(s) you would like to return  
  • Reason for return  
  • Supporting photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect  

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your request, we will reply with return instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label.


3. RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return request has been approved:

  • Securely pack your item(s) in the mailer box  
  • Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package  
  • Drop it off at your nearest postal service location and keep the tracking number for your records  

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval using the provided label. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may not be accepted.

You will not be charged for return shipping.


4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method  
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider  
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued  

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.


6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue  
  • Your order number  
  • A description of the problem  

We will prioritize these issues and resolve them promptly through a replacement, store credit, or refund.


7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again  
  • Contact your payment provider, as some institutions may take longer to process refunds
