Shipping

We use all major carriers, and TYRONA'S delivery personnel for local orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What are your shipping options?

At checkout, delivery options are automatically displayed based on the address provided. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select regions)  
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders $120 CAD
  • Free pickup in Toronto by appointment.

For Toronto addresses, additional options will appear:

  • Scheduled local delivery for a fee depending on location
  • Same-day delivery (available for an additional fee, with a 2:00 PM cut-off time)
How are orders processed?

Toronto local delivery is available Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays.

All other orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is placed our processing time is 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes. We offer complimentary private pickup in Toronto by appointment.

Orders are handed off in a our lobby meeting area.

Full pickup details, including access instructions, will be shared after your order is confirmed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. TYRONA currently ships within Canada, the United States, and Mexico, with plans to expand to additional regions in the future

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?

If your package is marked as delivered and you are still unable to locate it after 4 business days, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Please note that TYRONA is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but reported missing.

How are my orders packaged?

All TYRONA orders are thoughtfully packaged to ensure your pieces arrive protected and beautifully presented.

Each order includes a signature jewelry box, a soft microfiber pouch, and a cleaning cloth — designed for both storage and everyday care.

Our packaging also incorporates responsibly sourced and recyclable materials wherever possible, aligning with our commitment to thoughtful design.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. We design our packaging with a focus on minimizing environmental impact while maintaining a premium experience.

Our packaging includes:

Recyclable kraft materials

  • Our mailer boxes, jewelry boxes, and bags are made from durable kraft-based paper that is widely recyclable.

Biodegradable packaging tape

  • We use water-activated kraft paper tape that is approximately 97% biodegradable and can be recycled with the shipping box.

Eco-friendly tissue paper

  • Made from virgin or recycled pulp, our tissue paper is biodegradable, compostable, and acid-free, ensuring it is safe for both your jewelry and the environment.

Eco-friendly microfiber and inserts

  • Our microfiber pouches and jewelry inserts are degradable, reusable, and designed to protect your pieces while reducing long-term waste.

Reusable packaging elements

  • Many components are designed for reuse, whether for storage or travel, extending their lifecycle beyond a single use.
Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, we offer optional gift packaging to elevate your order for any occasion.

You can choose to add a TYRONA Gift Bag for a simple, elegant presentation, or upgrade to our Premium Gift Package, which includes a gold ribbon finish and a personalized printed gift note.

These options are available at checkout, making it easy to create a complete gifting experience.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included (jewelry box, inserts, etc.)
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or damage  
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Additional conditions for earrings:

  • Earrings must be unworn and in original condition
  • Earrings that show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return for hygiene reasons

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval using the provided label. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift packaging add-ons  
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, if applicable  
How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email our support team at tyrona.canada@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number  
  • The item(s) you would like to return  
  • Reason for return  
  • Supporting photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect  

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will reply with return instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval using the provided label. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund and place another order.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method  
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider  
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued  

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality materials including 316L stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, premium gold plating, and moissanite stones.

Each piece is selected to balance durability, comfort, and everyday wear.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To maintain its shine, clean your jewelry using a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. Be sure to dry it completely before storing.

For best results, we recommend light cleaning every few weeks, especially with regular wear. Store your jewelry in a dry place, ideally in the TYRONA pouch provided, to protect it from scratches and moisture.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes. Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. However, removing it during intense activities will help maintain its finish over time.

Can my jewelry get wet?

Our pieces are water-resistant and can handle exposure to water.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

Our materials are selected for durability and long-lasting wear. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its color and shine over time.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. TYRONA jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic and safe for most sensitive skin. Our pieces are nickel-free and crafted from high-quality materials such as 316 stainless steel and 925 sterling silver, selected for their durability and skin-friendly properties.

Solid Gold

Does TYRONA offer solid gold jewelry?

Yes. TYRONA offers 18k solid gold jewelry sourced from Colombia, valued for its rich tone and quality. Our solid gold pieces are primarily crafted through our atelier, with select designs released in limited collections.

Do you offer custom solid gold jewelry?

Yes. Custom solid gold pieces require a 50% deposit to begin production. This deposit secures materials and the time of our artisans, as each piece is created specifically for you.

Can I return a solid gold piece?

At TYRONA, our solid gold jewelry is made-to-order, which means that your piece is handcrafted just for you as opposed to being picked out from an inventory

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the preparation required to make it available again, returned items are subject to a restocking fee: 15% for non-personalized pieces and 25% for personalized pieces. Please note that this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Moissanite Guide

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone made of silicon carbide, known for its exceptional brilliance, fire, and durability. Originally discovered in a meteorite, it is now created in controlled environments for consistent, high-quality results.

At TYRONA, we use premium D color, VVS1 moissanite, offering a colorless, high-clarity stone with a refined, diamond-like finish.

Is a moissanite a diamond?

No, moissanite is a different gemstone. While it closely resembles a diamond, it actually reflects more light, giving it greater brilliance and sparkle.

What does VVS1 mean?

VVS1 stands for Very Very Slightly Included. This means inclusions are extremely minimal and not visible to the naked eye, resulting in a clean, high-quality stone.

What does D color mean?

D color is the highest color grade. It indicates a completely colorless stone with a bright, crisp, and refined appearance.

Is moissanite good for everyday wear?

Yes. Moissanite is highly durable and designed for everyday wear, making it ideal for rings, earrings, and necklaces.

Will moissanite lose its sparkle over time?

No. Moissanite does not become cloudy or fade. With proper care, it maintains its brilliance and clarity over time.

What is a GRA certificate?

A GRA certificate verifies the authenticity and quality of your moissanite, including details such as cut, clarity, and color.

At TYRONA, all moissanite pieces come with a GRA certificate, ensuring each stone meets our standard of D color and VVS1 clarity.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! At TYRONA, we want you to enjoy your jewelry with confidence. All our jewelry comes with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, improper use or storage of the product and normal wear and tear.

TYRONA does not offer repairs. If your item is deemed defective, we will replace the piece where possible. If the item is unavailable, store credit or a similar item of equal value will be provided

How do I request warranty service?

To request warranty service, please email our support team at tyrona.canada@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) in question
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the concern

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.

Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval using the provided label. Requests may not be accepted if items are not returned within this timeframe.
