We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn to qualify for a return. Gift packaging, gift cards, personalized jewelry, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.
